To ensure transparency and clarity in our transactions, we have outlined our refund and exchange policy below. Please take a moment to review it before placing your order.

Eligibility for Exchange:

We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all products, except for tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold during sales and offers.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery. To initiate an exchange, please email us at trendingwishlist@gmail.com with your order ID and invoice.
  • The product must be in its original intact condition, unused, and with the protective film intact.
  • Exchange eligibility is subject to the product passing our quality check process during the reverse pickup.
  • Products marked as "Sale" or part of "BOGO" offers do not qualify for exchange.

Eligibility for Refund:

We offer a 3-day refund policy in the form of store credits for all products, except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold during sales and offers.

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of product delivery.
  • To request a refund, please email us at trendingwishlist@gmail.com with your order ID and invoice.
  • The product must be in its original intact condition, unused, and with the protective film intact.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to the product passing our quality check process during the reverse pickup.
  • Refund amounts will be transferred within 48-72 hours after the quality check process, deducting COD charges for COD orders.
  • Products marked as "Sale" or part of "BOGO" offers do not qualify for refunds.

Store Credit Conditions:

  • Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on orders associated with your original account.
  • Store credit will be applied to purchases made on phonely.in
  •  Any purchase exceeding the value of store credit requires an additional method of payment.
  • Store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue.

Exclusions from Refund:

Customers are not eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:

  • Self-placed wrong order (e.g., ordered the wrong model or product)
  • Product not as advertised
  • Purchased from a local store or another website

Damaged Product Concerns:

If the product is received in a damaged condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at trendingwishlist@gmail.com.
